Please return items in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging, with tags still attached.

We are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item which is faulty.

Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Socks and underwear cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

When the garment has been received into our Store we will contact you via e-mail, with the refund taking up to 5 working days once approved.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
